P-20 ULTRA
A High-Strength Pre-Heat Treated Plastic Mold Steel
DSS #22
P-20 ULTRA is designed for plastic
molds where resins with a high volume of glass and fiber are employed to make the finished
parts. P-20 ULTRA has a higher resistance to wash, coining and
abrated wear than standard P-20. Also, where high strength is needed, P-20 ULTRA
has an advantage over standard P-20 by as much as 50%.
